We are thrilled to announce a significant transformation: our beloved online booking platform has evolved into myPets! This comprehensive update not only brings a new name but also a series of exciting improvements aimed at enhancing your user experience. Here's all you need to know about myPets' new features!
What's New?
Here you have some new features:
- New Name and Logo: Say hello to myPets! Our platform not only has a new name but also a fresh, modern logo. This redesign aims to make our platform more recognizable and appealing.
- Improved Layout: We’ve revamped the platform’s design to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. Navigating through myPets is now easier, allowing your pet owners to find what they need quickly and efficiently.
- New Platform: The entire platform has been upgraded and is now accessible via myPets. We invite you to visit the new site and explore the enhanced features and design.
What do you need to do?
To ensure a smooth transition, here are a few steps you can take:
- Update Your Profile: Feel free to add or update your profile picture and practice banner photo on the new myPets. You can also add your social media links.
- Inform Your Customers: Let your clients know about the name change from Mijndieren.eu to myPets.
- Adjust Email Templates: Update your email templates to reflect the new features and the platform’s new name.
- Keep Your Opening Hours Up-to-date: Make sure your clients know your exact opening hours, as this information is now dynamically updated on the platform.
In the new platform your pet owners can immediately see the first slot available for their next appointment.
