Switching to a new software system is a significant step for your practice. A smooth implementation ensures that you can quickly get started and fully leverage all of Fuga’s features from day one. Whether you are launching a new clinic or migrating from another system, this checklist guides you through the essential steps for an efficient transition, without unnecessary delays or administrative hurdles.
1. Get Started with the Basics
- Set your start date with Sonetas.
- Sign the contract and return it to us.
2. Set Up Your Fuga Account
- Add your addresses and locations, including your depot number.
- Add team members and configure their permissions. Guide

3. Products and Inventory Management
- Review product descriptions and fill in missing details. More info
- Link your suppliers for automated ordering and price updates. More info
- Perform a stock inventory just before going live (this must be your last step before actually starting to work on Fuga). More info
4. Procedures, Protocols, and Lab Integration
