Sonetas is the leading provider of practice management software for veterinarians in Belgium, with plans to expand into the Netherlands and France. We offer innovative solutions like Fuga, myPets, Symphony, and Concerto to streamline veterinary practices and enhance patient care. With a dedicated team of about 15 people, we are a growing scale-up looking for passionate individuals to join us in transforming the veterinary industry.
You ensure that our customers get the most out of our solutions. You will do this by:
- Answering customer questions and assisting them with issues.
- Providing training and creating (online) training materials.
- Keeping documentation up to date.
- Testing new functionalities.
- Mapping out missing functionalities, both big and small.
If you enjoy technical tasks, we can complement your role with more technical activities such as preparing data migrations or installing mini-computers.
Who we’re looking for
You are a communicative team player who thrives on satisfied customers. Working with web-based applications is no problem for you, and you are interested in the veterinary world.
You have sufficient knowledge of Dutch and French to communicate orally and in writing in a business context (possibly with the help of a translator for written communication).
