What will you do?
As a (Digital) Trainer - Customer Success Representative at Sonetas, you will ensure that our customers get the most out of our software.

- Train: Provide kick-ass training and create awesome (online) training materials.
- Support: Keep our documentation sharp and up-to-date.
- Help: Answer questions and solve problems so our customers are always satisfied
- Innovate: Help us identify and test new features that take our software to the next level.

Who we’re looking for
You are a communicative team player who gets a kick out of passing on knowledge, creating all kinds of training materials and satisfying customers. Working with web-based applications is not a problem and you are interested in the world of veterinarians.
You have an excellent command of Dutch and sufficient French to be able to professionally communicate verbally and in writing (possibly with the help of a translator for the written language).
Job-related skills
- Provide online and offline trainings in Fuga
- Elaborate and adapt didactic programs, training tools, training material, ...
- Plan and organize training courses
- Assist customers further with questions and guide them in finding solutions
- Define methods, resources and training tools for training

Location of employment
Motstraat 30 - 2800 MECHELEN Easily accessible by public transport, car, or bike from Brussels, Antwerp, Leuven.
Required studies
Professional bachelor's degree (PBA).
Work experience
At least 2 years of experience.
Language skills
- Dutch (really good)
- French (good)
